Answers to what you're probably wondering.
Cost, timeline, redesigns, hosting, and what you actually need to get started, answered plainly, without a sales pitch.
Pricing & cost
It depends on your business, so we quote each project individually. There's no preset package to squeeze into. Tell us your goals, what you need the website to do, and what your budget is, and we'll recommend a custom solution that fits. No two businesses are the same, so no two FDWM websites should be either.
The number of pages, custom features like online booking or product galleries, deeper SEO work, and how soon you need it. We scope everything with you up front, so you get a firm number before any work starts. Every website we build includes custom design, a mobile-responsive layout for phones, tablets, and desktops, your core pages, contact forms and prominent calls to action, basic on-page SEO setup including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt text, integration of relevant booking tools, social media links and contact information, analytics setup where supported, and testing and launch assistance.
Tell us what you're working with. A straightforward, professional business website is often all a small business needs, and we'd rather build something that fits your budget than sell you features you won't use. If we think a smaller scope is the right call for where your business is right now, we'll say so.
Going well beyond the core pages, adding custom features like online booking or product galleries, or deeper SEO work. We scope everything with you up front, so you get a firm number before any work starts.
You own your business content and your domain, subject to the relevant platform and third-party terms. Hosting, domains, and third-party tools are not included unless stated in your agreement.
No. We can create a free website preview using your business information, branding, and available photos so you can see what your website could look like before committing. Nothing is charged until you decide to move forward.
Timeline & process
Once your content and project details are finalized, your website can be ready to launch in as little as 48 hours. Larger or more complex builds may need additional time, and we'll tell you up front what to expect.
Your business information, the services you offer, any photos you want used, customer reviews if you have them, your branding if it exists, and a sense of what you want the website to accomplish. If you're missing pieces, we'll help you sort it out. Plenty of clients start with less than they think they need.
Yes, and we encourage it. We offer a free personalized website preview, so you can see what your site could look like before you spend a dollar. No commitment required.
Then you don't move forward, and you owe nothing. The preview exists so you can make an informed decision. We'd rather you walk away than pay for something that isn't right for your business.
Working with us
Yes. We work with businesses nationwide through remote communication, so your location isn't a limitation. For local businesses in Doylestown and throughout Bucks County, we also offer in-person consultations.
Absolutely. If your current site looks dated, doesn't work well on phones, or isn't bringing in customers, we can rebuild it from the ground up, keeping what works and replacing what doesn't.
Yes. Maintenance is an optional $90/month plan, separate from your website design price. It covers routine website checks, minor text, image, and contact-information updates, basic troubleshooting, technical support, and monitoring of website functionality. It's for clients who want us handling the ongoing upkeep after launch. You can decline it and still own your website and your content.
Yes. Social Media Management is a separate service with its own monthly packages: Starter at $500/month, Growth at $750/month, and Premium at $1,000/month. They cover content editing, posting and scheduling, engagement and community management, Meta advertising management, and monthly analytics.
Your website design is quoted as a custom project, priced around your business and budget. Beyond that, two monthly services are optional: maintenance at $90/month, which covers routine checks, minor updates, basic troubleshooting and technical support, and blog writing at $250/month. Deeper SEO work is quoted separately. You can decline any of them and still own your website, your content, and your domain.
It's a monthly service where we write and publish two articles on your website for $250/month. Search engines and AI tools increasingly answer questions with written content, so publishing articles that answer what your customers are searching for helps you show up in Google results and AI answers over time. You review and approve every article before it goes live. It's the most effective way to build search visibility without you writing anything yourself.
Our standard website setup works from the content you provide. If you'd rather not write it, we can discuss copywriting as a separate scope, or the blog writing service can handle ongoing content after launch.
Websites & search
Yes. Every website we build is designed mobile-first. Most of your customers will find you on a phone, so we design for that screen first and then scale it up beautifully for tablets and desktops.
Basic SEO setup is included in every website we design. That covers page titles and descriptions, clean page structure, local search setup, and a fast, mobile-friendly technical foundation. For businesses that want to compete harder for local searches, we offer deeper SEO work as a separate scope.
More than you might expect. 27-36% of U.S. small businesses don't have a website, 25% don't use social media at all, and about 50% don't have a social media marketing strategy. Customers often check both before they call, so if you're missing either one, you may be losing inquiries to businesses that aren't any better than yours. Closing that gap is usually the fastest win available to a small business.
This is a hosted website service, so your website stays live and maintained through us rather than being handed over as a downloadable file. If you ever decide to stop, just let us know. There's no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty.
Ask us directly. you'll get a straight answer.
No sales pitch, no pressure. Tell us what you're trying to figure out and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
